Trog Promoted to Reservations Director for Best Western International
Phoenix, Ariz., Feb.27, 1998---Twenty-one-year hospitality industry veteran Ronda Trog has been named Director of North American Reservations for Best Western International, Inc. This position marks her seventh progressionary move in the lodging giant's corporate operations. In this capacity, Trog will oversee the operation of the Phoenix reservations center, reservations training and Planning and Control for the company's three reservation centers. To ensure proper call center support for the company's marketing programs and to keep up with travel season demands, Trog will be responsible for a team that fluctuates from 200 to 450 reservations staff members.

Prior to assuming these responsibilities, Trog served as manager of Reservations Support. Her extensive hospitality background includes leadership roles in reservation training and customer service.
