 Knights Franchise System Participates
in the 27th Annual Mid-America Trucking Show
 
Partners with Bill Mack and LeAnn Rimes at Nation�s Largest Truck Show

PARSIPPANY, NJ, March 30, 1998 � Knights Franchise Systems, Inc. is proud to have participated in the 27th Annual Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky on March 19-21.  The chain is also sponsored the 1998 Mid-America Jamboree program, hosted by radio personality Bill Mack and the Midnight Cowboy Trucking Network.  This year�s Jamboree feature d country music�s sweetheart, LeAnn Rimes, who won a Grammy last year for �Blue.�

Rimes was on hand for an autograph session on Thursday, March 19 and join Mack, co-host, Larry Scott and Knights Vice President of Marketing Vinay Patel for a live broadcast that night.  Attendees were also able to register at Knights Inn�s booth or The Midnight Cowboy Trucking Network booth for a $1,500 cash drawing to be given away at the end of the show.

Additionally, Knights Franchise Systems has revamped its King of the Road Club designed specifically for professional drivers.  Truckers will receive distinct benefits such as special rates, free Thermos coffee refills, pre-paid calling card, free local calls and no service charges on long-distance calls at most Knights Inn locations.

The Mid-America Trucking show is the largest trucking show in the Western Hemisphere, with over 60,000 attendees from all fifty states and over forty five countries.
