ORLANDO, Fla. (March 1, 1998) Cypress Restaurants of Georgia boasts a new look and a new spirit in their Metro Atlanta Dennys. Pouring $3 million into their store renovations in four short months, Dennys second largest franchisee has made good on its promise to restore Americas favorite full-service restaurant for the people of Atlanta.
The leading development-management company forged beyond the expansive redecorating of their Atlanta-area Dennys. A full-scale human resources effort resulted an expanded, invigorated and re-trained staff throughout the Georgia market.
We are delighted to be a part of the Atlanta community and to revitalize the ever-popular Dennys brand, said Larry Walker, president of Cypress Hotel Management. From modernized ceilings and lighting to completely new seating, counters and carpeting, weve enhanced the comfortable dining atmosphere that has always made Dennys a favorite.
Cypress has initiated a multi-tiered plan to tell the story to the dining public. Advertising campaigns and special events are blanketing Atlanta to spread the word of Dennys transformation. The campaign will build toward an exciting partnership with The Coca-Cola Company to break the Guinness record for the Worlds Largest Ice Cream Float. The event will take place April 3rd at the Dennys Corporate Square location and will benefit Save the Children U.S. and its local programs.
