WOODSTOCK, VT, December 3 -- WorldRes, Inc.TM has been selected by the New England Innkeepers
Association (NEIA) to provide real-time booking capability to properties listed on its Web site
(http://www.newenglandinns.com).

Beginning in early 1998, member properties of the NEIA will have the ability to receive online reservations from
the NEIA Web site through the WorldRes system.  These properties will also be able to take confirmed
reservations from WorldRes� own consumer site, Places To Stay (http://www.placestostay.com), as well as from
other WorldRes partner sites, including SABRE�s Travelocity and NetChannel.

Beth Steucek, executive vice president of the New England Innkeepers Association, said, �We are delighted that

The Mount Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce in New Hampshire has also selected WorldRes to provide
online reservations through its destination Web site (http://www.4seasonresort.com).  The Mount Washington
Valley Chamber of Commerce provides access to more than 100 properties throughout Mount Washington
Valley.
