Programs and Services

Westin Premier(R): Westin recognizes its frequent guests through Westin Premier. Members of Westin Premier enjoy a combination of benefits not available with other programs -- including separate check-in, special guest room amenities based on their Personal Preference Profile, a daily breakfast allowance and their choice of newspaper each morning. Members also receive airline bonus miles with their choice of one of the company's eleven airline partners, plus Westin Premier award points toward complimentary stays and exciting vacation packages.

Service Express(R): Westin Hotels Resorts has implemented Service Express, a program that revolutionizes the way guest services are provided. Through Service Express, guests will dial only one number on their in-room telephone to make all service requests. This "one call does it all" concept improves the timeliness and quality of services provided to guests and maximizes Westin's productivity and efficiency by training hotel employees, to perform multiple functions.

Westin's Guest Office(SM): Available at most Westin hotels in North America and Asia, Westin's Guest Office offers business travelers the option of staying in rooms that double as offices for just $20 above the standard room rate. Developed to meet the increasing needs of business travelers, Westin's Guest Office combines the efficiency and technology of an office with the unsurpassed comfort and luxury of a private guest room. Components of each room include a comfortable work area complete with an ergonomically designed chair, an in-room multifunction laser printer/fax/copier, speakerphone with data port, printer cables, voice messaging and free unlimited local calls and long distance access. Other amenities include a daily breakfast allowance, newspaper, bathrobe, late checkout privileges and free access to hotel-operated health clubs (where available).

Westin One Call(SM): Busy executives can now get help planning small meetings by using Westin One Call, a new service available at Westin hotels in the United States and Canada. By calling Westin One Call's toll-free number (800-301-1111), meeting planning responsibilities can be "delegated" to a Westin meetings expert who schedules, organizes, prices and manages every detail of the meeting.

Westin Kids Club(R): Travelers will want to check out our family-friendly program at all Westin hotels and resorts in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Westin Kids Club includes provisions for children's safety and security as well as conveniences designed to make the hotel overnight and dining experiences more enjoyable for both parents and children. Geared to children from infants to 12 years old, Westin Kids Club is designed to provide a "child-ready" room, a "child-friendly" room, a variety of guest request items geared toward children, special children's services, literature geared toward children, and a staff that is well-trained in child awareness.

Westin Travel Guide: Travel enthusiasts can now surf the Internet for an interactive experience with the Westin Travel Guide which features distinctive graphics and information directories on Westin's worldwide hotel product. The Westin Travel Guide is located at http://www.westin.com and allows guests the option of making their Westin hotel reservations using the Internet. Guests may access Westin's reservations system, receive descriptions of room types and rates, and make actual reservations using credit cards as payment. Credit cards accepted for bookings include American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, (Japan's) JCB, Mastercard and VISA.

ATT Language Line: Westin Hotels Resorts is the first inter- international hotel company to provide worldwide round-the-clock language interpreter service for hotel guests at its properties throughout the United States, Asia, Canada and Mexico, via ATT Language Line Services.

Family Plan: Westin does not charge for children 18 or under when occupying the same room with parent or guardian. If more than one room is required to accommodate a family, the single guest room rate applies to each room occupied by the family, regardless of the number of persons occupying the rooms.

Confirmed Reservations Policy: Instituted in 1959, this company pledge states that if a Westin guest has a confirmed reservation and, for some reason, a room is not available, Westin will obtain a room in another hotel at its own expense and will return the guest to Westin the next day.

Special Facilities: Westin hotels and resorts provide accessible facilities for people with disabilities including recreational facilities, public restrooms, public phones, meeting space, restaurants and guest rooms.

Reservations for Westin hotels and resorts may be obtained by calling toll-free 800-WESTIN-1.
