HONOLULU (October 22, 1997) - Aston Wailea Resort has appointed Nobuyuki "Nobu" Yamamura as director of sales-Asia. He is responsible for pursuing FIT and group business from the Asia/Pacific market.
Formerly, Yamamura was sales manager-Asia at the Kona Surf Resort & Country Club; prior to that he was guest services manager at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki.
Fluent in English and Japanese, Yamamura holds a bachelor of arts from Kobe University of Foreign Language.
