SEATTLE, Washington, May 14, 2013 --
The Dow Hotel Company, LLC, a
hotel ownership investment and management company, today announced that
it has
appointed Amy Wiseman as project management administrator. In the
newly
created position, Wiseman will be responsible for coordinating design
and
architectural presentations and schedules for all projects, as well as
liaison
to FF&E purchasers, contractors and designers. She will
report to
Robert Levy, senior vice president of asset development.
“Over the past 14 years, DHC has overseen more than $150 million in renovations and upgrades which have helped our hotels achieve significant market share improvements and stronger returns on investment,” said Murray Dow, president of The Dow Hotel Company. “We currently have more than $35 million of renovation/repositioning projects underway, and Amy will play an important role in helping assure that they come in on-time and on-budget.” Wiseman most recently was the project administrator for LMN Architects, one of the largest architectural firms in the United States. During her long tenure with LMN, she coordinated schedules, calendars, and travel for various project managers and project teams. In addition, Wiseman worked with reprographics, binding materials, creating and editing architectural contracts and documents.
