iRiS Software Systems Launches iRiS Manager Allowing Hotels to Manage
all iRiS Guest Service Applications from One Central Platform

March 18, 2013: Leading UK interactive hospitality technology creator, iRiS Software Systems, has recently launched iRiS Manager, a central control framework that allows hotels to manage all individual iRiS guest service applications from one platform.
iRiS Manager supports and integrates all existing iRiS applications including F & B Suite, F & B Lite, iRiS Guest Valet and Mobile Valet, which allows guests to download information on to their own smart-phone or tablet, plus iRiS Bar and the recently launched iRiS Lobby.   Additional apps are in development.
iRiS Manager’s Content Management function offers full control of all content across all the existing iRiS applications.  It is highly flexible and easy to use, and offers the ability to customise the content and to update information in real time, all from one administration point.
A sophisticated Language Management system is fully integrated with a specialist translation agency, allowing hotels to communicate clearly with guests in any language.  Other key functions include order and request processing, alert and messaging notification and sophisticated metrics reporting capability that provides management with invaluable performance data plus insights that can open up advertising and promotional opportunities.
