March 18, 2013 - Paramount Lodging Advisors served as exclusive advisor to LNR Partners on the sale of the 73-room Hampton Inn Marshall, 66-room Holiday Inn Express in Marshall, the 60-room Holiday Inn Express in Adrian and the 51-room Super 8, also located in Adrian. PLA’s Brent Clemens, Bennett Webster and Michael Kitchen marketed the assets on the behalf of the seller. PLA took the properties to market late last year utilizing the Auction.com platform. The hotels sold to private buyers at undisclosed pricing and will continue to operate under their respective flags. "Given our extensive work experience in Michigan and all of the state’s sub markets in recent years, we were able to generate strong buyer volume to facilitate the bidding process," said PLA's Webster. These transactions are indicative of Paramount’s continued success in Michigan. PLA completed more than half of all hotel transactions in Michigan in the past six months.
