Coronado, California, January 11, 2013 – Glorietta Bay Inn announces its win for best guest relations program in a statewide competition. The award was presented by the California Hotel & Lodging Association in its annual “Stars of the Industry” awards.
 
The hotel's general manager, Claudia Ludlow, was also honored with the statewide "Outstanding General Manager" award.

Glorietta Bay Inn has won the award for best guest relations on a statewide or national level for nine of the past 13 years.

The Stars of the Industry awards were created more than 40 years ago by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Glorietta Bay Inn will represent California in this year’s national competition for best guest relations program.
