Digital Alchemy Honored with Silver Adrian Award
for iNeed™ Mobile Concierge


New guest-facing mobile concierge platform receives recognition for digital marketing
excellence in 56th annual HSMAI Award competition


New York, NY — January 23, 2013
— Digital Alchemy, the pioneer of customer relationship management (CRM) and e-marketing solutions for the global hospitality market, has been recognized by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) with a Silver Adrian Award for Digital Marketing Excellence for its iNeed™ on-site mobile concierge. iNeed was a winning entry in the 56th annual Adrian Awards, the largest and most prestigious travel marketing competition globally.

This year’s contest attracted more than 1,100 entries from around the world, with entries judged by top executives from all sectors of the industry. On January 28, 2013, HSMAI will pay tribute to Digital Alchemy during the annual HSMAI Adrian Awards Gala, a black-tie affair attended by more than 1,000 hospitality, travel and tourism marketing executives at the New York Marriott Marquis.

iNeed is part of Digital Alchemy’s Mobile Life™ platform of Cloud-based mobile suite designed to meet guest service and hotel marketing needs.
