Hospitality International’s family of hotels, welcomes two key
members to
the sales team, Amy Hyde as small markets sales manager and Deborah
Puccio as
senior sales manager. Additionally, the resort is happy to announce the
recent
appointment of Jose Castro as director of revenue management, welcoming
each
new team member to the Benchmark Hospitality International family.
With more than 10 years of sales, service and administrative experience in the industry, Amy Hyde, small markets sales manager will be responsible for selling and marketing small group room blocks and event space within the Association, Corporate and SMERF markets. Prior to her new role, Hyde enjoyed successful tenures as the group sales manager for the Charlottesville Albemarle Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Ramada on the Beach in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Deborah Puccio, a senior sales and marketing executive with solid experience in business development, joins the Bonaventure team as senior sales manager. Her duties include selling and marketing 50 plus room blocks in all market segments, from Ohio through Texas. Her previous experience includes serving three years as National Sales Manager at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida. Prior to that she worked at Hammock Beach Resort, where she targeted, implemented and executed sales strategies to develop corporate, association and incentive business. Jose Castro comes to Bonaventure Resort & Spa as the new director of revenue, responsible for maximizing transient revenue in leisure and business markets. Castro joins the team following previous roles as director of revenue management at the Mayfair Hotel & Spa and previously at the Wyndham Airport & Executive Meeting Center.
