Swiss-Belhotel International Signs Agreement with Titan Property for the Swiss-Belinn
Karawaci, Tangerang Under Development in West Java, Indonesia
 
October 22, 2012 - Swiss-Belhotel International Chairman and President, Mr. Gavin M. Faull and Senior Vice President Operations and Development, Mr. Emmanuel Guillard recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Titan Property President Director, Mr. Abraham Sentosa Budiman and PT Megapolitan Developments Tbk Business Unit Director, Mr. Totonafo Lase, for Swiss-Belinn Karawaci, Tangerang. Taking place on 12 October 2012 in Jakarta - Indonesia, the signing ceremony was also attended by President Director of PT Megapolitan Developments Tbk, Mrs. Lora Melani Lowas Barak Rimba.



The latest addition to Swiss-Belhotel International’s growing portfolio in Indonesia, Swiss-Belinn Karawaci, Tangerang, is a three-star international hotel strategically located at Jalan Flamboyan, Perum Harapan Kita, Kelapa Dua, Karawaci, Tangerang, West Java. Designed for the perfect setting of utmost business requirements, the first batch of 106 room hotel is due to be completed in 2013, while the second batch of 206 rooms is scheduled to be finished in 2015. Each guestroom will be equipped with LCD TV and international channels, IDD/NDD, individually controlled air-conditioning, mini bar, personal safety deposit box, in-room broadband Internet access, coffee and tea making facilities.

The hotel will offer the ultimate experience by providing international standard services and facilities for guests’ comfort and convenience, such as 5 meeting rooms which can be combined into a ballroom that can accommodate up to 500 persons, swimming pool, fitness centre, spa and massage.

Swiss-Belhotel International has also revealed that the Group has now 75 properties in Indonesia, including those under development. Mr. Faull said, “We are proud of being chosen to manage this promising property in one of commercial area in Karawaci, Tangerang. Along with the current 29 operating properties all over Indonesia and 46 projects which will all be open before 2015, it will complement Swiss-Belhotel International's network in Indonesia in the near future”.
