appointment
of Tom Barham as chief financial officer (CFO). As a key member
of Rainmaker’s executive team,
Barham will help the company’s continued growth and success by

financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

During his tenure as CFO for Miller Auto Parts & Supply Company, a wholesale distributor, he completed $30 million in refinancing of a senior asset-based credit facility, $9 million in refinancing of subordinated debt, and the successful divestures of three major subsidiary businesses, and major restructuring of remaining operations. While at BCD Travel, Barham implemented financial reporting solutions and processes, completed multiple bank financings, mergers and acquisitions helping to grow the company from a $120 million regional travel agency to the world’s third largest corporate travel management company with more than $14 billion in sales and operations in 23 countries. “I’m so honored to be part of such a high caliber organization like Rainmaker,” said Barham. “I believe my expertise in finance, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries will enable me to help guide the company into the most strategic financial direction possible by assisting in the identification, evaluation and implementation of new business strategies and opportunities.” Mr. Barham graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BBA in Accounting in 1985.
