John Branciforte Named as Director of Sales and Marketing for the
Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek in Florida

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (Oct. 23, 2012) — Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, Orlando’s newest upscale resort, today announced the appointment of John Branciforte as director of sales and marketing. Branciforte brings more than 25 years of hospitality sales and marketing experience to his position as head of the resort’s sales and marketing division.

Branciforte’s new role will involve the development of sales and marketing strategies to help drive business to the 400-room, Mediterranean inspired resort, while successfully positioning the unique property in the Orlando market. He will also oversee the resort’s sales and marketing team. Having successfully supervised programs at numerous resorts across the country, Branciforte will bring his results-driven sales skills, motivational abilities and exceptional service standards to the property.

Prior to joining the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek team, Branciforte was director of sales and marketing of Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colo., part of Benchmark Hospitality International. He began his career at the Plaza Hotel in New York City and has held positions with Westin Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, World Travel & Incentives, Boyne USA Resorts and Omni Hotels, where he was named the 2004 Sales and Marketing Executive of the Year.
