Lincoln, NH and the Holiday Inn Express in Keene, NH.
The Comfort Inn is located at 21 Railroad Street in Lincoln, NH, minutes from Loon Mountain Ski Resort on the scenic Kangamangus Highway. The large four-story building offers 81 interior corridor rooms, excellent amenities, and an outstanding staff. The firm represented Butson Lincoln, LLC as the seller with Amba Hotel, LLC as the buyer. A creative short term lease was structured so that the buyer could operate the property during the summer months with the final transfer of title taking place on September 12, 2012. The transaction was financed through Northway bank. The Holiday Inn Express, a highly sought after franchise, consists of 80 impeccably maintained rooms remodeled in a recent $1,000,000 renovation. The property is located a few blocks from downtown Keene and Keene State College. As one of the best hotels in the southwestern part of New Hampshire, the Inn benefits from numerous local business, corporate, and leisure activities. The property has been exceptionally well-managed over the past 14 years by Linchris Hotel Corporation, a hospitality leader in management and ownership. The firm represented Keene Inn Corp. as the seller with OS&S Keene, LLC as the buyer. Colwen Management will with take over the day to day operations.
