Kristin Intress, President/CEO of TravLynx, Named as Finalist in 9th Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business  HENDERSONVILLE, TN
(November, 2012) – Kristin Intress, President and CEO of the

hospitality/hotel reservation service and technology company, TravLynx, was named a
finalist in the Female
Entrepreneur of the Year – Business Products – 11 to 2,500 Employee
category in the 9th annual Stevie®
Awards for Women in Business, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver or
Bronze
Stevie Award winner in the program.The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor female executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run – worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards. In addition to
being at the helm of one of the leading hospitality and hotel
reservation
service organizations, Intress truly shined over the last year with the
launch
of TravLynx and her success creating
a solid reputation for the newly expanded company.

York on Friday, Nov. 9. Nominated women
executives and entrepreneurs from the U.S. and several other countries
are
expected to attend.
More than 1,200
entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90
categories,
including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Women
Helping Women,
and Communications Campaign of the Year.
Finalists were
chosen by more than 130 business professionals worldwide during
preliminary
judging. More than 90 members of the five
final judging committees will determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze
Stevie Award
placements.
