Tina Moodie Appointed as Assistant General Manager for the
Hotel Monaco Denver, a Kimpton Hotel in Colorado

(Denver, Colo.) – November 13, 2012Hotel Monaco Denver, a Kimpton Hotel recently named to Travel + Leisure’s 500 World’s Best Hotels 2012 as well as one of U.S. News and World Report’s 2012 Best Hotels in Denver, announced today the appointment of new Assistant General Manager Tina Moodie to its team. Moodie will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing revenue, ensuring staff efficiency, and maintaining guest satisfaction. Moodie brings over ten years of progressive management experience to Hotel Monaco Denver and possesses a keen knowledge of luxury hotels and working within the luxury marketplace.

Prior to joining Hotel Monaco, Moodie served as Director of Guest Services at Cuvée Ventures & Cuvée Escapes, a private equity fund in Denver that invests in customer residences around the world. She was responsible for all human resource facets, managed reservations for all guest visits, oversaw all property management, and handled guest surveys and experiences. She also served as Chief to Staff for Pelican Advisors, LLC for three years in San Francisco, holding full responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources, managing operations staff, and identifying and upholding all service standards. Lastly, Moodie worked as Hotel/Resident Manager for the Sky Lodge in Park City, Utah, where she coordinated operations including hotel staffing revenue and yield management, controlling costs, maximizing profit, and developing a specialized guest satisfaction survey. Moodie received her Masters of Business Administration at the University of Alabama.
