HERNDON, Va. – Nov. 28, 2012 – BridgeStreet Residences, Serviced Apartments and Suites announces the recent appointment of Beth Searls as Vice President of the global company’s Northeast U.S. region. In this role, Searls is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Northeast markets within the United States, including training general managers, monitoring guest satisfaction, establishing relationships with corporate clients, guiding sales and marketing plans, maintaining partnerships and developing annual operating budgets. “BridgeStreet is thrilled to welcome Beth, as her fluency and extensive background in the hospitality industry are a perfect match for the company,” said Lee Curtis, president of BridgeStreet. “Searls’ record of management proficiency, consistent revenue growth and positive team development make her the ideal candidate to lead our Northeast region.” Searls joins BridgeStreet with more than 24 years of experience in sales and marketing, management and strategic consulting, most recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for Hilton Hotels Worldwide. Her vast industry knowledge stems from several past positions, including five years as Vice President Sales and Marketing at Furnished Quarters in New York City and six years as Executive Vice President at Innovative Travel Marketing. In addition to other professional ventures, Searls also held sales and marketing positions with Omni Hotels for more than 10 years.
