Todd Felsen, Benchmark’s general manager at the resort, made the announcement. “I am so pleased to welcome David to Cheyenne Mountain Resort and to Benchmark Hospitality International,” said Mr. Felsen. “He brings a vast amount of experience to his new role, and we look forward to his leadership of his department, and as part of our executive team.” David Dart was previously the director of human resources for Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, located near San Diego. He has held senior-level human resources positions for Hyatt Hotels at properties in San Francisco, San Diego and Lake Tahoe. Mr. Dart attended San Francisco State University. He is relocating the Colorado Springs.
