December 17, 2012 - Joining the executive committee led by Marc Brugger, managing director of Rosewood Beijing, David Campbell has been appointed director of sales and marketing to drive the pre- and post-opening momentum of the first China property of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts®, opening Summer 2013.

Mr. Campbell has worked in Asia for more than 16 years and has a strong background in opening new hotels.  Prior to joining Rosewood Beijing, he held the role of pre- and post-opening director of sales and marketing for various hotels including Twelve at Hengshan in Shanghai, The Peninsula Shanghai, The St. Regis Singapore and The Westin Bund Centre Shanghai.  A native Canadian, Mr. Campbell speaks English, Mandarin and Spanish.
