  Chintan Dadhich Named as the Director of Operations
for the 740-key Arizona Biltmore in Arizona

PHOENIX, December 6, 2012:
    The Arizona Biltmore (www.arizonabiltmore.com) has appointed Chintan Dadhich the resort’s new director of operations.

He comes to the Arizona Biltmore with14 years of diverse management experience with luxury hotels and resorts. Most recently, he was director of rooms division for one of the premier resorts in the Palm Springs area, the 800-room La Quinta Resort & Spa.

Dadhich has assumed day-to-day responsibility for the operations of one of Arizona’s largest resorts, including a Food & Beverage Department with six different restaurants and lounges as well as extensive catering, a Rooms Division with 740 guest accommodations, and a full-service Spa.

Previous positions include director of front office operations, La Quinta Resort & Spa, and director of restaurants, Hilton Boston Logan Airport Hotel.

His extensive education in the hospitality field includes:  B.S. in Hospitality Management and M.B.A. in Hospitality Administrations, Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI; hotel management diploma, Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel Management, India; and honors certificate in food and beverage management, American Hotel & Lodging Association, India.
