Sage Hospitality Signs Management Agreement with Wheelock
Street Capital Affiliates for 2 Hotels

Adding the 229-suite DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Minneapolis and
the 257-room Hilton San Diego/ Del Mar to its Portfolio

Denver, CO (September 19, 2012) – Denver-based Sage Hospitality, an established leader in hotel management, is pleased to announce that it has entered into new management contracts with affiliates of Wheelock Street Capital for hotels in Minneapolis and San Diego, expanding Sage’s total portfolio to 59 hotels.

Sage is currently in a period of aggressive growth. Sage has added more than 20 properties to its portfolio in the past 12 months, including the Embassy Suites Denver –Downtown/Convention Center, the SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown at Metropolitan State and 12 Marriott hotels in Ohio.

Sage has been hired to run the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Minneapolis, the only full-service, all-suite hotel in downtown Minneapolis, offering 229 suites and 1,162 square feet of meeting space.

In addition, Wheelock recently acquired the Hilton San Diego/ Del Mar, which will continue to be managed by Sage. Conveniently located across from the Del Mar Racetrack, the hotel features 257 oversized guest rooms, 17,000 square feet of meeting space, two restaurants and an outdoor pool.
