Clear Sky Software Installed at
Bel-Air Country Club
Improving Efficiencies of All Beverage Inventories CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – September 18, 2012 - Clear Sky Software announced today that the prestigious Bel-Air Country Club of Los Angeles is the company’s newest customer. In late August 2012, Bel-Air implemented Clear Sky’s beverage product perpetual inventory system called Clear Sky BEVERAGE. On a daily basis, Clear Sky BEVERAGE helps management track and control all beverage inventories located in storage rooms, outlets, and banquet areas. As a bonus, Clear Sky BEVERAGE integrates with Bel-Air’s club management software provided by Clubsystems Group (CSG). This integration allows Clear Sky product receiving information to be exported to the CSG accounts payable module and CSG revenue data to be exported to Clear Sky for beverage cost reporting. Functions of Clear Sky BEVERAGE support beverage product ordering, receiving, requisition/issue/transfer, and physical inventory. Management reports allow staff to see beverage costs by location or product, inventory activity/inactivity, and order/vendor discrepancies in seconds.
