Located at 444 Park Avenue, SLS Hotel New York represents the third installment of the award-winning SLS Hotels brand and will be developed in collaboration with Manhattan-based Moin Development.

Slated for a Q3 2013 opening, SLS Hotel New York will feature a celebrated collaborative team, including sbe Founder, Chairman and CEO Sam Nazarian and visionary designer Philippe Starck. Once complete, SLS Hotel New York will feature 190 guest rooms and suites, as well as sbe’s renowned restaurant and nightlife concepts in the lobby and on the property’s rooftop.

Situated within Manhattan’s highly sought-after Park Avenue South corridor, SLS Hotel New York will reside in a neighborhood that has seen a recent surge in real estate values and in cultural, retail and hospitality cachet. Currently in the conceptual phase, Starck and sbe Hotel Group plan to announce the design for SLS Hotel New York in the coming months.

Much like its predecessors in Beverly Hills and South Beach, SLS Hotel New York will feature a celebrated food and beverage program with a new restaurant concept and an intimate dining and nightlife offering on the rooftop. From a nightlife perspective, SLS Hotel New York will activate an experience on the lobby level, showcasing sbe’s signature mixology and provocative programming.
