Lynn A. Dell Joins Prestige Hospitality Group as General Manager
of the Clarion Hotel in Bristol, Connecticut

BRISTOL, CT – August 8, 2012
– James C. Frenis, CHA, Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Hospitality Group, LLC (PHG) is pleased to announce that Lynn A. Dell has joined the company as General Manager of the Clarion Hotel located on Century Drive in Bristol, Connecticut.

As general manager, Ms. Dell will oversee operations, sales and marketing for the full service hotel.  The hotel is currently undergoing a complete renovation including guest rooms, public areas and construction of a new suite tower.  Later this year, the hotel will be rebranded as a DoubleTree by Hilton.  Hotel amenities will include a new swimming pool, modern fitness center, meeting rooms, and a full-service restaurant and lounge.

“This appointment marks a significant step in the strengthening of our management team as we transition to a DoubleTree Hotel,” said Mr. Frenis in his announcement.  “Lynn’s knowledge of the industry, and experience with the Hilton brand, will ensure that we continue to provide the highest level of service and amenities.”

Ms. Dell has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including both event and hotel management positions.  She attended the University of Hartford and has completed industry sales and management training.   Ms. Dell resides in Simsbury, Connecticut.

The hotel renovation and expansion is expected to be completed in early 2013.  Construction activities are being phased to minimize disruptions during renovation activities as the hotel remains open to guests during the expansion.

PHG provides management services for the Bristol hotel, overseeing hotel sales and operations, as well as facilities management. Since assuming management of the hotel, PHG has implemented a number of operational changes to improve the guest experience.
