the Certified
Hospitality Trainer (CHT) designation during the Council of Hotel
and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) conference held in Chicago in July.

The Certified Hospitality Trainer designation recognizes and validates

mentoring,
hourly employee orientation, and management development and executive
education.
