Waterford Hotel Group Appoints Christopher Flagg
as Director of Development

WATERFORD, CT (August 15, 2012)
--- Waterford Hotel Group, one of the nation’s top hotel management companies, announces the appointment of Christopher Flagg as Director of Development.

Flagg brings more than 10 years of experience to Waterford Hotel Group.  He worked previously as the Managing Director of Definitive Consulting Group in CA.  He also worked for HEI Hotels & Resorts in CT as Director of Development and later as Vice President of Development.  His experience in hotel development began with Ocean Park Hotels in San Luis Obispo, CA as Vice President of Development & Acquisitions.

“Waterford has seen considerable growth in 2012 and we are well positioned to continue expanding our managed portfolio,” said Greg Smith, Vice President, Business Development for Waterford Hotel Group.  “Chris brings with him extensive hotel development and acquisitions experience, and we are pleased to have him join our development team to assist us in furthering our growth strategy.”

Flagg holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University.  He and his wife, Arian, reside in Salem, CT with their 3 children.
