Sarasota, Fla. (May 10, 2012) - The history of Miles Media can be traced back more than 50 years to a garage in Sarasota, Fla., when a hotel clerk printed his first local area travel guide. In the time since, the company grew into the largest marketer of destinations in the country, added a hospitality marketing division and acquired a destination marketer in Colorado. As a result of this growth, the company is updating and consolidating its various brands as it continues to add new clients, both domestic and international.
Roger Miles, company president and CEO, announced that the company will unify its offices and divisions under one brand - Miles.

Previously, the company operated as Miles Media. Three years ago, the company's hospitality marketing division was launched as Miles360. Then last year, the company acquired Weaver Multimedia in Colorado and operated that office as Miles|Weaver.
In addition to changing the company's brand and logo, the new Miles website will be MilesPartnership.com.
