WNW Hospitality Appoints Judith Kalfon as General Manager of
The 163-room Heritage Hotel in Southbury, Connecticut

May 16, 2012, Southbury, Connecticut
-- Dave Dickinson, President of WNW Hospitality, is pleased to announce the appointment of veteran hotelier Judith Kalfon as General Manager of The Heritage Hotel in Southbury, Connecticut.

"We're proud and delighted to have Judith Kalfon join our team," said Dickinson. "She's a dedicated professional with a long and stellar track record with some of the best hospitality companies in the nation."

Kalfon brings enthusiasm and more than 20 years of experience to her position at The Heritage Hotel, having worked with such hotel brands as Radisson, Omni Hotels, Hilton, and Sheraton.

The 163-guestroom Heritage Hotel, a member of Sterling Hotels, part of the Preferred Hotel family of brands, and has a prime location in central Connecticut, at the crossroads of Boston, New York City, New Haven and Hartford.

"We're ideally located in a very special part of the Northeast," Kalfon says."The Heritage was built for meetings and we're the perfect driving distance or train ride from all of the major cities. The property is ideal for corporate retreats, meetings and team building excursions, says Kalfon, adding that "we were built to be incredibly flexible when it comes to hosting groups looking for an accessible location in a beautiful setting."

The Heritage Hotel has 25,000 square feet of meeting space, with 25 dedicated conference rooms and the 150 seat Constitution Room, one of the only tiered amphitheaters in Connecticut. "Our infrastructure is designed for meeting productivity," Kalfon says."But The Heritage Hotel is also charmingly, authentically Connecticut. We have an incredibly bucolic setting that allows companies to focus on the business at hand. It's a great place for a team to get away and be productive."

The hotel has gardens, patios and terraces that are ideal for social events. The Eight Mile Brook restaurant, overlooking the gardens, hosts breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Shadrach's, with its billiard tables and pub-like atmosphere, is ideal for winding down post-meeting.
