With 25 years of culinary experience, the UK-born Chef Stringfellow brings expertise and influence from many different areas of the world including Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Central and North Africa, Saudi Arabia, Europe and the USA.

His most recent assignment was in Hong Kong at the Regal Airport Hotel.  Under his guidance, the hotel was awarded “Best Airport Hotel in the World” for four consecutive years by Business Traveller UK Magazine.

“The great thing about my profession is that one never stops learning, seeing, tasting or trying new products,” said Chef Stringfellow. “I am really looking forward to discovering all the beauty and flavors the island of St. Kitts has to offer.”

Chef Stringfellow has already begun his assimilation into the St Kitts Marriott family and in his new post will oversee the menus and staff for all eight of the resorts casual and upscale dining establishments. Through the combination of his expertise, the existing team of culinary professionals, and the introduction of more local flavors and cuisine into the menus, an exceptional food and beverage program is in store for guests.
