June 20, 2012 - Rezidor, one of the fastest growing hotel companies worldwide and a member of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, announces the Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh Al Sahafa. The property featuring 170 keys is Rezidor’s 12th hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and scheduled to open in 2014.

The Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh Al Sahafa will offer 170 rooms, studios and apartments. The project is designed to accommodate demand for serviced apartments in addition to the traditional hotel clientele. The hotel and residences will share one restaurant, one lobby-lounge, a fitness centre and 100sqm of meeting space. The property has an ideal location in Riyadh’s Al Sahafa District, the main commercial centre of the capital. It will also be 3km away from the upcoming King Abdullah Financial District, and only 19km away from the International Airport.
