Ciena Hotels and Intelity Forge a Partnership

Intelity's ICE Will Serve Guests at all Ciena Hotels and Suites

 
Orlando, June 4, 2012 - Ciena Hotels and Intelity have announced a partnership whereby the new value-service Ciena Hotels and Suites will be fully equipped with the Intelity's ICE (Interactive Customer Experience ™) guest enterprise platform. The first hotel, located in Cotulla, Texas, is scheduled to open in early 2013.

Ciena Hotels and Suites is the first brand from HotelWorks Development LLC. Intelity's ICE TV, ICE Mobile and ICE Lobby will allow Ciena guests to make requests and order services at the touch of a finger.
