April 27, 2012 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") has been retained as the Exclusive Agent to advise in the sale of three Value Place Extended Stay properties; two located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and one in Waco, Texas.
 
The 121 suite, four-story, interior corridor properties opened in 2008 and 2010. They offer double and single suites with kitchens containing refrigerator, two burner cook tops, microwave, 27 inch televisions, wireless internet, motion detector controlled PTAC units, and guest laundry facility. The properties offer code compliant safety equipment including sprinklers, smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire panel. 
 
Value Place is the uniquely branded premier low-cost extended stay hotel, specializing in clean and secure weekly lodging with a commitment to comfort, privacy and peace of mind. There are 174 operating Value Place properties throughout the United States with a number of new projects under construction. The highly efficient operating model allows an investor to benefit from the rate adjustability of a hotel but the operating costs of a multi-family apartment building. On average, there are only 4 full-time and 2 part-time employees at the hotel.
