Saun Lightbourne Appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing for the
179-room
Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Coconut Grove, Florida

Coconut Grove, FL – April 11, 2012 – Mayfair Hotel & Spa, a boutique hotel located in the heart of Coconut Grove, is pleased to announce the appointment of Saun Lightbourne, CHSP, CMP as the new executive director of sales and marketing.  Lightbourne brings a wealth of experience and demonstrated expertise to the team.

Lightbourne began his career with Interstate Hotels & Resorts (Omni and Hilton) and later promoted to key sales role at the Eden Roc Resort Renaissance Resort & Spa where is spent his last five years spearheading the marketing and sales initiatives in support of the hotel’s multi-million dollars expansion, re-launch and repositioning.  As the director of marketing for Morgan’s Hotel Group, Lightbourne handled sales and marketing initiatives for Clift, a Morgan’s Original hotel in San Francisco, who manage hotels in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and London, among others.  Most recently, Lightbourne was the area director of sales and marketing for Menin Hotel Group in Miami Beach where he contributed to increased revenue growth and surpassed sales goals, as well as managed the sales & marketing initiatives for the re-launch of the Shelborne South Beach and efforts to increase their group and special events business.  In addition, he played a key role in the launch of the Menin Hotels as an upscale hotel brand.
