Phoenix, Arizona (April, 2012) – The contents of the guestrooms and common areas of the Lexington Hotel, located at 1100 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, are scheduled to be liquidated by NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc., the leading expert in hotel liquidation management, beginning next week.  The hotel has been closed as a prelude to the property’s redevelopment.
 
NCL will offer to the general public via a liquidation sale, all of the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment formerly used in the operation of the 100-room hotel.  Items of interest include 27” TV’s, king and queen size beds, bedspreads, armoires, nightstands, desk chairs, dressers, upholstered chairs, artwork, lamps, sofa beds, coffee tables, MicroFridges, ice machines, as well as commercial laundry equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, banquet tables and chairs, bar and restaurant furnishings, lobby furnishings and 100’s more.  The event begins Thursday, May 3^rd and will continue for the next 21 days or until sold out.  Hours for the liquidation sale will be 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 to 5:00 pm.  The sale is expected to be well attended so early arrival is encouraged as the sale is “first come, first served”.
