Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, the UK's largest privately owned hotel
group, with a portfolio of over forty-five 4 and 5 star hotels and

Debbie Milburn brings with her over 8 years' experience in the
hospitality, tourism and leisure industry and was most recently
Director of Marketing for QHotels. Throughout her career, she has held
senior marketing positions within a number of hotel groups, achieving
success across off and online leisure and conference-focused marketing
campaigns. In 2011, she won a marketing award for the QConferences
dedicated website and helped QHotels achieve AA Eco Hotel Group of the
Year.
Ruaridh Macdonald, Sales & Marketing Director at Macdonald Hotels
& Resorts, said: "Debbie and Stephen bring a wealth of experience
to their respective roles within Macdonald Hotels & Resorts. These
important positions will help further drive the brand forward as we

conference and leisure sectors."
Debbie added: "Macdonald Hotels & Resorts has an excellent
reputation and I'm proud to be joining the team. I've always admired
and regularly followed the company's approach and commitment to
delivering the highest levels of customer service. I now relish the
opportunity to build the brand further and develop new initiatives to
target the leisure and conference markets across a diverse and
discerning portfolio of hotels and resorts."
Referring to his own role, Stephen said: "Joining Macdonald Hotels
& Resorts as Revenue Director offers an excellent opportunity to
further enhance the effectiveness of revenue management processes and
policies within a highly motivated and positive team environment. I
feel very proud to be part of the group and very much look forward to
embracing the opportunities and challenges ahead."
