and Stephen Dodman as Revenue Director

EDINBURGH, April 23, 2012 - Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, the UK's largest privately owned hotel group, with a portfolio of over forty-five 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts throughout the UK and Spain, has announced two new appointments to its senior management team: Debbie Milburn joins the group as Head of Marketing and Stephen Dodman joins as Revenue Director.

Stephen joins Macdonald Hotels & Resorts to oversee all revenue management, including distribution and pricing. Debbie Milburn brings with her over 8 years' experience in the hospitality, tourism and leisure industry and was most recently Director of Marketing for QHotels. I've always admired and regularly followed the company's approach and commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service. I now relish the opportunity to build the brand further and develop new initiatives to target the leisure and conference markets across a diverse and discerning portfolio of hotels and resorts."

Referring to his own role, Stephen said: "Joining Macdonald Hotels & Resorts as Revenue Director offers an excellent opportunity to further enhance the effectiveness of revenue management processes and policies within a highly motivated and positive team environment. I feel very proud to be part of the group and very much look forward to embracing the opportunities and challenges ahead."
