15 March 2012, Bintan, Indonesia – Fresh on the heels of Alila Villas Bintan project which broke ground in Lagoi Bay, Bintan in November 2011, a ground breaking ceremony was held for the Grand Lagoi project today.

The Grand Lagoi project is being undertaken by Medan based PT Stareast Sejahtera on a 10,000sqm site and is located metres away from the beautiful beachfront of Lagoi Bay and within the Lagoi Beach Village. This new development, which features a variety of entertainment options and banquet and meetings facilities, also includes a 196-room condotel which will be managed by Swiss-Belhotel International as “Swiss-Belhotel Lagoi Bay”.
