Stuart Williams Named as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing
for The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia

New York - March 5, 2012:
The Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Stuart Williams as its new Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Already the President of The Greenbrier Lifestyle Asset Group, Mr. Williams has a long relationship with The Greenbrier having first visited as a guest in 1993, then joining the Greenbrier Sporting Club in 2001.

"I have been a huge fan of The Greenbrier for almost 20 years," says Mr. Williams, "and I am thrilled to now be working here and hopefully making a positive impact in helping Mr. Jim Justice, owner of The Greenbrier, achieve his vision for the hotel and the surrounding community"

As head of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Williams will be in charge of the teams for both group sales and leisure travel, as well as those coordinating special projects and events such as the new "The Greenbrier's Got Country Class" talent competition and The Greenbrier Tennis Classic.

As President of The Greenbrier's Lifestyle Asset Division, Mr. Williams runs the group that produces the resort's own series of executive level business-to-business conferences that will attract thousands of global C-Level decision makers to the hotel each year as speakers, delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. His background in building one of the world's leading executive business-to-business conference companies, which was the catalyst for driving more than $200 million in revenues to luxury hotels around the globe, is critical in this endeavor. Having held its first conference in October 2011, The Greenbrier will hold 10 executive conferences in 2012 and is the only hotel in the world that does this.

Mr. Williams has spent his entire career building shareholder value for the companies he has worked for and/or owned, resulting in successful exits totaling approximately $900 million in equity value. Most recently, Mr. Williams was a full time advisor to a private family and its extensive portfolio of companies.
