January 12th, 2012- Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") has been retained as the Exclusive Agent to advise in the sale of the Red Roof Inn located in Lansing, Illinois. 
 
The Property is located at 2450 East 173rd Street in Lansing, Illinois, a southern suburb of Chicago. The Property is located on the north side of Interstate 80/Interstate 94/ Interstate 294 and Torrence Avenue. The location is considered good within the Lansing market and is within 20 miles of Chicago Midway Airport and 25 miles from downtown Chicago. Nearby restaurants include Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Applebees, Starbucks, IHOP and Denny's.

The Property is proximate to The River Oak Mall, Cabello, Majestic Star, Horseshoe and Trump Casinos, and Indiana Dunes State Park with over 30 miles of beaches. Companies proximate to the Property include, Ford Motor Company, Cargill, US Steel, BP Amoco, Unilever, and Lear Corporation.
