Hospitality announced today that its affiliate has purchased Hotel Abri
in San
Francisco and that MetWest Terra Hospitality was awarded the management
contract. The recent purchase marks the third boutique hotel property
to join
the company's growing portfolio in a 30 day period. With the addition
of Hotel
Abri, MetWest Terra Hospitality now manages four hotels in the San
Francisco
Bay Area including Casa Madrona Hotel and Spa in Sausalito, the Lodge
at
Tiburon, and Toll House Hotel in Los Gatos. Located just two blocks
from San
Francisco's iconic Union Square, Hotel Abri is the first downtown
address for
MetWest Terra Hospitality.
