MetWest Terra Hospitality Adds Downtown San Francisco Boutique,
the 91-room Hotel Abri, to its Management Portfolio

January 18, 2012 (Jackson Hole, Wyoming) - MetWest Terra Hospitality announced today that its affiliate has purchased Hotel Abri in San Francisco and that MetWest Terra Hospitality was awarded the management contract. The recent purchase marks the third boutique hotel property to join the company's growing portfolio in a 30 day period. With the addition of Hotel Abri, MetWest Terra Hospitality now manages four hotels in the San Francisco Bay Area including Casa Madrona Hotel and Spa in Sausalito, the Lodge at Tiburon, and Toll House Hotel in Los Gatos. Located just two blocks from San Francisco's iconic Union Square, Hotel Abri is the first downtown address for MetWest Terra Hospitality.

The three recent additions are representative of MetWest Terra's aggressive plans for growth led by President of MetWest Terra, Jamie Yarrow. Hotel Abri

Originally built as the Monticello in 1906, the hotel re-opened in 2008 following a complete remodel and renovation to the tune of $11.4 million.
