FREDERICK, MD – February 21, 2012, SKYWARE Hospitality Solutions, a provider of enterprise property management and reservation solutions for the hospitality industry, announced today that Hospitality Partners signed an agreement to install SKYWARE’s multi-property enterprise software. The fully integrated modules include Front Office, Sales and Catering, Restaurant Point of Sale, and other modules to automate property operations in three of their resort hotels in Ocean City, Maryland. The Skyware Enterprise system was selected to centralize operations, streamline guest service, and enhance staff productivity for the Carousel Resort Hotel (330 rooms), Atlantic Oceanfront Inn (60 rooms) and the Coastal Palms Hotel and Suites (95 rooms).
Hospitality Partners will install the Skyware Multi-Property Front Office, Sales and Catering, Restaurant Point of Sale, and the Guest Analytics. “We selected the Skyware Multi-Property resort software because it is the most cost effective system to handle all of our unique requirements for group sales & catering, Central Reservation booking, spa scheduling, amenities, and multi-hotel rate optimization on a single database platform,” said Michael James, General Manager. Hospitality Partners expects to complete the Skyware implementation across all properties by April 2012.

James noted that Skyware will also simplify their cross-selling capability because all of their resorts and accounts will be accessed from one database. “The Carousel Hotel is a package-intensive seasonal resort and Skyware’s dynamic package capability will enable us to generate more revenue from online reservations,” said James. “Guests can create a personalized resort experience while reserving spa services and resort activities online.”
