Minneapolis, Minnesota (February, 2012) – The contents of the 533 room Hyatt Regency Minneapolis located at 1300 Nicollet Mall are scheduled to be liquidated by NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc., the leading expert in hotel liquidation management, beginning this week.
 
To accommodate the ongoing renovations at the property, NCL has relocated the furnishings to the former Oceanaire Restaurant located on the second level of the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.
 
NCL will offer to the general public via a liquidation sale, all of the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment formerly used in the operation of the hotel.  Items of interest include Sealy pillow top full size beds, granite top nightstands, 4 drawer dressers, desk chairs, writing desks, upholstered chairs, artwork, lamps and floor lamps, cocktail tables, coffee tables, mirrors, as well as rollaway and Murphy beds, lobby furnishings, 3,000 stack chairs, granite vanities with hardware, drapes and much more.  The event begins Thursday, February 23^rd and will continue until sold out.  Hours for the liquidation sale will be 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 to 5:00 pm.  The sale is expected to be well attended so early arrival is encouraged as the sale is “first come, first served”.
