2012 – The Boston Harbor Hotel is pleased to announce that
seasoned
hospitality executive Carlos Bueno has joined the leadership team at
the Forbes five star rated Boston Harbor
Hotel. Mr. Bueno assumed his role as
Director of Food and Beverage on Monday, January 30th.
“Carlos Bueno will be a wonderful leader of our food and beverage team,” says Jon Crellin, Managing Director and General Manager of the Boston Harbor Hotel. “He is a distinguished, highly experienced manager with a history of creative and successful restaurant and hospitality concepts. His extensive experience will bring valuable new initiatives to the department and help enhance the overall Boston Harbor Hotel experience for our guests.” Mr. Bueno brings more than fifteen years of experience in food and beverage management at several luxury hotels. Most recently, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. He also previously served as Director of Outlets and Director of Food and Beverage at the Plaza Hotel in New York and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton San Juan Hotel. Throughout his career, Mr. Bueno has managed and organized extensive restaurant and bar operations, earning respected hospitality industry awards and affiliations. “I am thrilled about this opportunity to serve as director of the Boston Harbor Hotel’s food and beverage operations,” says Mr. Bueno. “The restaurants and facilities at this hotel have a great reputation, and I look forward to working with such a respected, talented team.” In addition to Mr. Bueno’s accomplished hospitality background, he has earned several wine and spirits designations and service awards. He holds a B.S. degree in Hotel Administration from Johnson & Wales University. |
