HARC Associates assumed management of the Hotel on Wednesday, September 28, 2011.
The new Ramada Plaza Hartford Downtown Hotel recently announced its conversion from a Crowne Plaza. Rick Henrikson, Senior Vice President of Operations for GF Management stated “Thanks to the advanced preparation and hard work of our transition team, in conjunction with the existing property staff, the management transition and flag change was seamless with no disruption in operations.”
To complement the conversion, the 350-room Hotel has begun a multi-million dollar improvement project which includes extensive property renovations. The improvement project will include thorough renovations to the guest rooms and suites, new furniture, new carpeting, flat screen TVs with expanded programming and much more.
