Luxe Worldwide Hotels (LWH) Annual Membership Conference to Focus on the
Power of Partnerships in Today’s Challenging Global Economic Environment

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (October 23, 2011) – Comprised of nearly 200 member properties, across four continents, in more than 30 countries under its Luxe Worldwide Hotels (LWH) banner, Luxe Hotels will host its annual Membership Conference entitled “The Power of Partnerships” on October 24-26, 2011 at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles.

Opening the LWH Conference will be Luxe Hotels’ Founder and Chairman, Efrem Harkham, a visionary veteran hotelier who is intimately aware, through his own experiences as a hotel owner of more than 25 years, of each property’s nuanced needs. He has made it his personal commitment to have the expertise of Luxe Worldwide Hotels support each property’s efforts to increase their visibility, ultimately increasing revenue.

The LWH Global Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management teams will speak on such topics as marketing outreach, maximizing SEO opportunities, the importance of priority partnerships, and maximizing revenue through electronic distribution systems. Sessions will include a travel agent/meeting planner panel on “Choices and Challenges” and guest speaker Max Starkov, President and CEO of HeBS Digital, will lead a session on the “Hotelier’s 2012 Online Distribution Action Plan.”

Additionally, the conference will feature a Travel Agent Reception and Showcase on the evening of October 25th, where 200 travel agents from throughout Southern California will meet members of Luxe Worldwide Hotels.

According to Efrem Harkham, Founder of Luxe Hotels, “The overall aim of the conference is to provide a venue for our LWH member properties to meet and exchange information and ideas and for us to advance our commitment to increasing Luxe member hotel revenues.”

LWH members are expected to attend from various countries around the world, including Turkey, Spain, France, Canada, United States and Australia. All LWH member properties boast a one-of-a-kind personality and individuality and offer a unique decor and a distinct sense of place.
