Not only can guests research and book activities and dining while on the go via the app, but they also can send and receive email and text messages directly to and from any of The Westin Riverfront’s departments, including the concierge, spa, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance.  Guests no longer must wait in line or by their room phone; now they can get what they want, when they want it, from anywhere on or off property during their stay.
