to Debut  in Western U.S. at Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa
in Sedona, Arizona

SEDONA, Ariz. and MCLEAN, Va.
- Hilton Hotels & Resorts brings its innovative eforea: spa at Hilton concept to the Western United States this Fall with the opening of a location at Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa. Located in the world-renowned Red Rock Country, eforea: spa at Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa will be the first conversion for the global spa concept in the Western United States. Sedona is recognized as a legendary health and wellness destination that attracts spa goers from around the world.

"Bringing eforea: spa at Hilton to one of America's leading spa destinations is another milestone in the rapid global expansion of this concept," said Dave Horton, global head, Hilton Hotels & Resorts. "This location at Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa reinforces the importance of providing a premium unique spa experience for leisure travelers staying with us around the world."

eforea: spa at Hilton debuted in October 2010 as the first global spa concept by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, the flagship brand of Hilton Worldwide. Today, 93 eforea: spa at Hilton locations are in development with spas currently open in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.

The Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa location will feature 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space including treatment rooms and a fitness area with state-of-the-art equipment, relaxation areas, solarium and a 25-meter pool overlooking Sedona's picturesque Red Rocks. At the core of the eforea: spa at Hilton concept are three signature spa journeys that pair a therapeutic approach with transformative techniques. Among these are the Essential Journey, the Escape Journey and the Men's Journey. Each selection of treatments focuses on organic and scientific, results-driven practices, giving every type of traveler the unique restorative experience they seek. In addition, the spa will offer a menu of treatments inspired by the natural and spiritual elements of Sedona with an emphasis on energy work.

"We are delighted to offer guests a truly distinctive spa experience unlike any other in Sedona," said Edgar Lozoya, general manager, Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa. "Leveraging its global reach and expertise, Hilton pulled the best elements and practices from around the world to create a one-of-a-kind spa experience designed to rejuvenate the body as well as the mind."

eforea at Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa will feature some of the world's finest spa brands on both the treatment menu and in the retail area. Kerstin Florian offers a progressive range of results-oriented European facial, body and bath products and treatments sourced from natural resources that include algae, mud, herbal extracts, thermal mineral water and essential oils. LI'TYA draws on the revitalizing and restorative powers of Australia's native resources to provide a holistic spa experience. VitaMan provides a comprehensive line of Australian-made natural spa and grooming products formulated specifically for men. Peter Thomas Roth products will complete the eforea retail offering as an extension of the new in-room bath amenity collection available exclusively at Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties.
