Sage Hospitality Grows Premier & Lifestyle Division with Addition of Hotel
Ivy in Minneapolis, Minnesota and il Lugano in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida


September 9, 2011 (Denver) - Sage Hospitality announced today the addition of two properties to its hotel portfolio: Hotel Ivy, part of the Luxury Collection by Starwood, in Minneapolis and il Lugano in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. These properties will become part of the growing Premier & Lifestyle Division, boasting standout hotel addresses across the United States.

The growth of the Premier & Lifestyle Division will continue to be a priority for Sage Hospitality in the coming year, as the Denver-based hotel management company continues adding hotels with addresses of distinction. The two acquisitions will bring the total properties in the Premier & Lifestyle Division to 14.

Hotel Ivy
Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, Hotel Ivy is a landmark building from 1930 which was later abandoned, renovated and re-introduced as Hotel Ivy in 2008.
