MTech Partners with SuiteLinq to Respond More Quickly to Guests' Service Requests

Seamless integration of MTech's Hotel Service Optimization System to the SuiteLinq marketing platform
delivers the ultimate experience for guests and new revenue streams for owners

Miami — September 07, 2011
MTech has recently entered into an integration partnership with Exton, Penn.-based SuiteLinq Inc. to facilitate quicker response times to guests' requests for services, enhance operating efficiencies, and improve overall customer satisfaction. SuiteLinq's interactive portal enables guests to place orders using devices such as TV's, desktop computers, touchscreen devices and mobile applications that generate service orders in MTech's Hotel Service Optimization System (HotSOS). The result is a more engaging guest-service environment created by seamlessly integrating hotel marketing content with guest response technologies and work-order processes.

“SuiteLinq’s integration with HotSOS enables guests to connect with hotel staff quickly and easily," said Joseph Mustilli, SuiteLinq CEO. "Our solution is designed to engage, entertain, and delight those guests who prefer digital amenities and want a richer and more interactive experience. For hospitality brands that specialize in exceptional guest experiences, this marriage of automated and human service delivery is increasingly important as the digital-dependent generation is fast-becoming today's typical hotel guest. From SuiteLinq’s perspective, this partnership with MTech opens the door to a robust and expandable service set that we can now make interactive and jointly bring to our demanding clients."

SuiteLinq is a fully integrated marketing platform that provides digital content, connectivity, interactivity and commerce-ready delivery programs specifically created for the global hospitality industry. MTech is a leading provider of guest-response, asset protection and workflow automation solutions to more than 2,000 hotels in nearly 50 countries. HotSOS enables lodging and gaming operations to reduce costs while maximizing and streamlining guest-service processes, such as guest requests and incident tracking/reporting, rapid-response internal defect reporting, and preventive-maintenance workflows.

"With hotel guests requiring service delivery on demand, Suitelinq has designed a solution that provides easy access to a broad array of interactive services and content specifically geared toward their individual interests and needs," said Luis Segredo, MTech President. "In turn, service requests are entered into HotSOS to better deliver on their expectations and greatly enhance their overall stay.

"Whether guests are placing room service orders on their television or remotely requesting turn-down service via their cell phone, the integration of HotSOS to SuiteLinq will ensure that requests are responded to quickly and efficiently," he said. "The beauty of Suitelinq is that like HotSOS, no matter what type of platform a guest is using, the experience is consistent and highly intuitive as they navigate the portal."
